We had some fruits, kheer, dates for iftar and later rice rotis with chicken curry (I took it for dinner)..
We make fried items occasionally. It seems you have a very healthy menu..
Seena, rice rotis sound new and interesting to me. ~Mona

assk mona
good q
thats my fav q these days.
my regular iftaar is
3 dahi bade/ made from gits
lassi/ made with f/f milk, yogurt , sugar, r afza,
2 mejdool dates / stuffed with almonds topped with
canned fat/f whipping cream
2 frozen kheema samosas
fruit chaat/ mixture of flavored chana dal, khajoor pieces,
cut banana, cut grapes, cut peaches. i really have this
odd way of eating fruit chaat, but somehow just luv it.
other fruits sometimes- w/m, etc
gatorade drink
these are my usuals
at times i eat haleem or bhajiya or mirchi or some new recipe.
for dinner i eat rice and saalan.
mona i think ,the other 2 good questions are what do u have for seher usually. 2nd question how do u spend ur time in between seher and iftaar. i hope u post them soon.
i am anxious to know other bloggers posts soon as it helps.
take care
rizruby
Wa-AlaiKum-AsSalaam Rizruby, your fruit chaat sounds very innovative and healthy. ~Mona
